I just got back from putting down my deposit on a factory order.

MSRP as configured: $48,720.

Selling Price: Invoice - $45,298

Out the door with processing fee, DMV fees, and VA sales tax (4.2%) is $47,885.26

Now the waiting begins. Order should go in with Lexus on 20 Dec and it should take 90 days to build and ship the car.

 

The wait will be torture but lessen the pain by checking the forum regularly to pass the time! Congrats!

My order was put through on Thursday just gone - white 350 F Sport with red interior + all options.. Order will go through to factory 20th December also.

I've been waiting so that I can get 2014 build plates.

I'm in Australia and it will be the same for me - about 3 months wait. I'm hoping for delivery around the end of February or very early March.

 

That's awesome! Congrats. It looks like ours will be pretty much identical and will be built at about the same time.

 

Crazy, you got a helluva deal. I paid what you did for my on-the-dealer-lot F Sport, and didn't get radar cruise, ML, or VGRS (I did get BSM). I also had to settle for my exterior color, due to lack of choice. In retrospect, I should have done exactly what you did. Also, I would have configured my car exactly as you did--it would have been worth the wait. Congrats in any event--you'll love the car.

 

Congrats crazych42. I've been looking at several local dealership's inventory online here in NOVA, but today sadly I found out that the two 3IS' I have been eyeing were sold. I guess I have to factory order it now.

Congrats !! Man sounds like u got a great deal !! Yea the waiting is gonna be torture but at least u can start ordering all the parts to pass the time and get some great ideas here !! And so it begins !!! Lol

 

And that is what I'm doing! Trying to figure out when/where I will get my new car prep and clear bra, floormats, tint, mods, etc....
