Hid leveling adjustment
I adjusted mine on the 2013 GS just a long Phillips screwdriver is all that's needed. you insert it into the hole marked U-D for up and down. it will mesh with a wheel with teeth on the back side. the screw driver itself becomes a gear meshed with the wheel and when you turn it the lights move up and down left and right
yes and while on the subject I found every lexus I have owned to have the low beams pointed way too low. the specification for all vehicles is 1 inch below the headlight center at 25 feet.
if you look at any lens you will find a circular mark on the lens of the headlight. this represents the center of the light.
you can measure to the ground from this location.
then make a screen out of cardboard measure up from the bottom subtracting 1 inch and make a line.
then measure between the 2 headlights.
make the same distance marks on your screen to represent the center of the headlights and spaced with the same spacing as on the car.
ive gotten so good at aiming headlights I can do it on my garage door. my GS was pointing too low and I couldn't see more then about 100 feet in front of the car.
now I can see about 500 feet down the road by raising them about 1 inch. they were a full inch too low from the factory just like my other 2 cars were. not in spec within lexus own factory spec!

Yes the dealership can do this for you. I have a 2010 RX350 that's no longer in warranty so ill have to do this myself, otherwise I would have just taken it to them.
