A mystery piece of software that shows artist name, song and album artwork. Told me I needed to update on a 4 week old IS 350. Dealer didn't even know what it was and gave the deer in the headlights look when I asked. It would appear my Canadian vehicle has only a partial firmware flash. trying for weather and traffic updates. Anyone know of a U.S. dealer around Buffalo who can do this?

I noticed the same problems with Gracenote using the USB. All of my music has embedded artwork in small 400x400 dpi size. I have the Gracenote turned off in my IS, yet much of the music on my USB still displays the Gracenote art (usually a photo of the performer) and not the art I embedded. Some tracks do display my embedded art, and still others dislplay no art at all!
I don't know if the problem is with the car or Gracenote, but I do know that the 3IS audio system is a complete disaster in general.
