mirrors don't tilt when put in reverse

They make this: auto tilting mirror module (http://www.kptechnologies.com/products.php#/13) for $60 i might give it a shot

It won't do the auto tilt down feature unless your car has the memory seat option. Does the Canadian IS have this in an F sport? An the selector does have to be set on R or L to activate this if equipped.

It looks like somebody with a 3rd gen IS F-Sport has done the mod already.

In the 3IS F Sport we have, it has to be either L or R to activate the tilting function. It also needs to be linked with the memory autos to make it work.
