Anyone Trade their 2IS for the 3IS
the styling isn't elegant nor classy at all. i'm disappointed.
clarification: the EXTERIOR styling - namely the front and rear ends.

I was planning on trading my car in, and told my sales rep a few months ago I was going to special order one (although I told him I might wait till year 2), but I'm official out.
I like a lot of the interior styling (not all of it, but a lot of it).
I can't stand the exterior. The grill is just too much. It's almost like they are trying too hard to do something radical, and the back reminds me of a Kia.
I'm pretty disappointed. I'm hoping there will be a minor facelift in a couple years and/or maybe somehow it'll magically grow on me.

, start saving,
, Dear Lexus make a IS-F coupe although I doubt it because of the LF-CC or whatever that slick concept car name was...
I like most of the styling changes but I'm not going to trade in my paid off IS350 to finance another IS350. I'm interested in the next IS-F when that comes around though, especially if they make a coupe version.
The 2014 IS has 10 airbags standard, including rear seat side airbags. Available safety and security features include an Automatic High Beam (AHB) headlamp system, a Lane Departure Alert (LDA) system, a Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) and a Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA) system.
I must admit I'll be envious for those first with the 3IS but I think for once I'll be patient and wait on a 2015 or 2015 when there'll be improvements to this very nice car. The one thing that I cannot accept though is that it's still basically the same engine from 2006 when I got my first IS ????

As far as them increasing the POWER, I highly doubt it because the IS-F exists....204hp, 306hp, 400+hp, means that each sedan is pretty marketable vs. 254hp, 356hp, 400+hp, a lot would settle for the 250 or even the 350 and wouldn't think twice about the F unless you have the money to BLOW....JUST my opinion, but it kind of makes sense for them not to add power if they want to keep your interest in the IS-F...

It looks amazing. And if they make the car as fast as it looks , I'll be like
