2015 IS250 engine ticking sound

2015 IS250 engine ticking sound
i know the high pressure fuel pump is on the left side of the engine but i’ve noticed another ticking coming from the right side. i don’t think it’s rod knock and everything else is perfect. i’m just worried because the car was neglected before me. lmk if something sounds off
