Hello everyone,So I’ve got a Lexus IS350 F Sport 2023 with memory seats. Bought the car second hand and the driver side mirror was swapped with a JDM one. The mirror itself adjusts and heats fine, but the issue is it doesn’t tilt down in reverse like the passenger side does.



From what I read, the mirrors are different depending on if they have memory or not. My seat memory also doesn’t work at all, I tried the initialization steps from other threads but I never get the beeps.



My guess is the memory and tilt won’t work unless the mirror has the memory function. I compared the wiring and the driver side mirror has fewer wires going to the motor, so maybe it’s missing the position sensor. ( that’s why ChatGPT told me )



Heating works fine, just not the tilt or memory. Has anyone dealt with this before? Do I need to replace the whole mirror, or just the motor, to get everything working again? Or it’s not even related
