Squeaky steering wheel cause

Hey folks,

Why does my steering wheel squeak this bad and how can I fix it? hte sound comes right behind of the steering wheel (video attached)

Two parts to try : the rubber boot at the bottom of the steering column needs a silicone lubricant. The other could be the clock spring in the steering column needs replacing.
