No image on the infotainment screen
I recently went to the dealership to change the oil and the filters on my 2018 IS300H. After the service was done, i took the car and i noticed the screen was black. Only the Lexus logo appears on start, but then nothing, not even the reverse camera image. The audio is working. The dealership tried to reset it, but it didn't help. I've read that the radio unit fails often on this models, but the reverse camera should still work, and mine does not. Had anyone a similar experience?
