If you have head unit issues try these
I have a 2014 is250 base and it my screen keeps cutting in and out and will randomly work sometimes. Took it to dealership and could not read the codes due to nav chip not working. replaced the chip and it just needed a factory update. hope that helps

Is it the SD card? Do you think if I buy a new one and just copy over the files from my old one will work?
I managed to update mine but it still cuts out often.
