USB Ports Dead 2014 IS250 F Sport
While google results show this as a common issue, I couldn't find anything here on it. Can anyone tell me where I can order this module? Checked a handful of websites including my local dealers parts portal and can't find it - trying to avoid going to the dealer.
Thanks!
Thanks!

One question...are the USB's dead at the port or at the head unit?
I ask because another member is having the head unit replaced because the ports are inoperative...the ports themselves are fine.
If one USB worked and the other one didn't, then I would say you have a USB port issue and the head unit is fine.
If both USB's are dead, then it's a 50/50 for the ports vs. the head unit.

I had my Navi unit replaced since my screen went black. Dealer replaced it - everything worked fine except the USB port. None of the ports worked. Dealer replaced the USB port itself- didn't resolve the issue. Dealer now replaced the head unit AGAIN and now the USB port works but am now getting a SD card error.
Hoping you don't have to replace the head unit because it isnt cheap if you are out of warranty.

That I don't know. I'm not good with a multimeter so not sure how to check. Both ports however are dead.

Here's a link to the part that's in the center console: https://www.lexuspartsdirect.ca/p/Le...619053051.html
The part has been updated as well.
Unfortunately it's a lot of coin to drop on a 'maybe this is the issue' part.

Wow. Now I remember why I tried to talk my wife out of buying this car.... ;-)
