does anyone know of any brands that make headers for 2020 is350 f sport awd that can have high-flow cats bolted to them. reason being that i live in NY and we need catalytic converters to be street legal. thank you

Don't get caught up in "high flow" cats and seeking HP.
Your power will come from headers mostly. Universal "high flow" cats will appease the EPA and local inspectors. If you have emissions testing, be sure you are buying aftermarket cats that FUNCTION as a cat and not just look like one. If you buy cheap ones you may not likely pass emissions test.

At least in lower NY & LI, there are a lot of places that will give you a inspection knowing you don't have cats. Even with the new computerized DMV system, I've heard some funny work arounds. Check out some of the performance shops on eastern LI.
