Cheap headers???
OBX has been around a long time, so at least it's not a new company.
A couple things about the product you linked that would need further research:
1. The obvious that the pipe is a single outlet near the rear axle...what do you do with the dual mufflers on the car since you only have one pipe to connect them to?? Although it looks like the single pipe may line up with the driver's side muffler, so maybe the intent is to use only one side of the exhaust
2. They have fitment for the 2006 GS300 with a double "*" in the description, but don't say what that means...the '06 GS has an MZ family engine, where the 3IS has a GR family engine...I'm not saying it can't fit both, but I highly doubt it
3. No cats...so the Check Engine light will be on
4. The A/F and O2 sensor ports look to be in about the right spot, and the bend on the driver's side pipe looks like it's in the right spot to clear the transfer case
I think researching the product on the manufacturers website is the best way to go at this point. Maybe this is a viable option for the 3IS.
Also if it fits a 350 AWD, then it will fit a 250 AWD as well.

Will these headers actually work for a 2014 IS350 AWD??? I know the midpipe wont bot the headers seem like they might... Anyone tried them out?

The midpipe shown is what the 2is pipe looks like. After the last flange is where it splits into the two rear mufflers. Unless they provide a different midpipe for the 3is I think they “stretched“ the application years. Maybe just for the 06-13 is my guess..
Sorry just realized we’re talking specifically about the headers...same engines through both generations...so yea it may fit and may just need no or little modification to attach to the midpipe...

One size fits all
Fits the 2IS AND the 3IS
As far as IS350 Headers fitting the IS250 - Yes they will fit, but wont work well. The primaries will be too large to encourage good air velocity in the 250. PPE makes different headers for the 250 and 350 with different size piping.
