In the industry thats known as "trash." (literally) not meant to be an antagonistic term. trash is any junk, lint, dirt, spiders, dust etc.
that should be child's play for any pro tint installer. i've done tint jobs myself that are cleaner than that as an amateur. so take it back and have them redo it. they should be sweeping that area down then flushing it lightly with slip solution to ensure no dust. basically its bad prep.
but also you get what you pay for. id avoid those tint/stereo shops. pay for a higher end shop that gets great reviews.
It was actually a tint specific shop (not even an auto glass and tint place) which had great review. I drove a little ways to specifically go there since I've had some bad experiences with auto glass places. Since I had it fixed I've looked at other rear tint jobs and a lot of people are correct, mine isn't actually that bad. Most have little bubbles spread all across the rear window, mine were just clumped. Since they were able to press the bubbles in the rear window now looks almost perfect. I do have 1 bubble on my passenger window near the mirror but after seeing what tint jobs are out there, it could be much, much worse so its fine.
