Hi All,

I recently imported an IS300h from Japan to the UK and am facing an issue with the infotainment system. An error message pops up saying "Unable to Load Data, Please Consult to a dealer" in Japanese. "プログラムを読み込むことができません 販売店へご相談下さい". The car did not arrive with its micro sd card and it has a premium nav/ mouse control. I cannot use the menu to even connect bluetooth as the screen is stuck on the message.

Has anyone faced a similar issues before with their import? What are some potential solutions?

Will a micro SD card from the UK fix the issue or will I need to order a micro SD from Japan?
Will I have to replace the entire head unit with a UK one? Would that fix the issue?
