Aftermarket Wireless Android Auto

Has anyone had success with something like this on the cars that have wired availability? If so, are there any suggestions on a good (and not too expensive) set-up? Thanks.

I know some people who aren't on CL who have bought adapters on Amazon and used those. There are tons of options. I believe Motorola makes one that is popular.
