I have a 2013 Lexus IS300h, yes its the hybrid version and I dont think that's sold in the states. I found some sites selling an aftermarket 10.25 screen which offers Android Auto but not sure how legit it is?

Mine has a mouse control and they say it can work still but not sure? Is there anyone with a similar year as mine with the mouse controls that did this upgrade? I ask because I keep reading it works only with scrolling wheel.
