Window Switch on Driver's Door Won't Lower Passenger Front Window
Two days ago I replaced the battery in my 2016 IS 200t F Sport. Yesterday I tried to lower the front passenger side window from the driver's door switch. The window
won't lower. I tried using the switch on the passenger side door and the window lowered and raised with no problem. I can rule out that there is an issue with the motor,
right?
Any ideas?
before swapping the motor, id see if there are any codes? maybe just has to be reinitialized as well... disconnecting the batteries in these cars likes to make them throw a fit occasionally. I had a similar issue as well as my entire screen stopped working once because of a DCd battery.

Since you replaced your battery, the window needs to be relearned. Using the passenger window switch, push it all the way down and hold it there the entire way, and even a second or two after it's completely down. Do the same thing going up, pull and hold the entire way, and a second or two after it's fully up. This relearns the auto function and likely the master switch will operate normally again.
