Angry Clock Doesn't Keep Correct Time

I've owned my 2016 IS 200t F Sport for a little over two years. I love my car except that for about the last year the clock either runs slow or fast. The longer the car sits, the worse the time loss/gain is.
I was recently out of town for town for five days, when I returned home and got in my car, the clock was 45 minutes behind correct time. Any ideas?

Assuming your battery is okay, then it is probably a bad clock assembly according to this:

Thanks. I'll probably live with it. I was in the car today and it hadn't lost or gained any time from yesterday.
