I did a muffler delete and a resonator delete on my 2019 Is 300 Fsport and I recently noticed my door panels making noises while driving I don’t know it’s because of the cold start that makes my car shake or could it be something else ? Any 1 else have this problem it’s really annoying

 

When I had my muffler and resonator delete, I had some rear deck rattle in the back left.

It's most likely because you got rid of the resonator which reduces the higher frequency sounds which is now traveling into the cabin. You can try to isolate the noise and use some felt but it'll probably a difficult task.
