Hi, any techs here? The diagram at the top shows my Alignment BEFORE ~ they said the Rear Passenger side being off was impacting all ~ and bottom AFTER. This is for an is350 fSport RWD. Is everything in spec according to Lexus? THANKS!!
UPDATE - Firestone said that if there's no #s - ONLY ARROWS - that means the alignment is fully in spec and "a good sign".
That's completely incorrect and you should probably contact a manager. I used to have unlimited Firestone alignment and the numbers were always present. It also doesn't make sense because on the "before", it showed your camber and total toe were off with numbers. Tell them to purchase a new printer or go to a different Firestone that will provide you the numbers.
But based off the "arrows" and no "reds" showing up, it probably is in spec. I would still want the numbers.
You wrote "used to" implying past tense / no longer have "Life Time Alignment" - why is that - sold the car, etc? thanks
They told me if I had an aftermarket modifications they wouldn't do my alignment anymore. They didn't notice when I had wheel spacers and my lowering springs, but they said if I got aftermarket wheels, they 100% wouldn't touch the car so they refunded my money.

Just what the hell do they think aftermarket wheels are going to do to the alignment? Firestone is wack, I quit going there a few years ago, because:
1. They can’t follow directions and cut corners
2. They messed up the finish on a wheel I took in to get a tire leak fixed.

I would recommend Discount Tire. I've always had good experiences with them - even the bad experiences were handled well. I, too, had a wheel get damaged by them, but they replaced the wheel for me. Yes... even a $400 Lexus OE wheel, all because I went in for a free tire patch.
And I've seen them working on modified cars before, so I don't think they will give you a hard time. I've never asked about an alignment, though.
