Default Dash warning lights. Lighting up like a Christmas tree

Hello all,
I did a search here, but couldn't really find anything regarding my issue.
Has anyone had the Check ABS, Check PCS, Check BSM, Check AWD, Brake Malfunction, and EPS Failure warnings pop up on their IS?
I have a 2016 IS 350 F Sport.
Aftermarket modifications are LED Tail light bar, sequential side mirror turn signals, LASfit LED turn single bulbs, Drone Mobile, VLINE2 system for Apple Car play, Elvin CF heated steering wheel and Black View Cameras. I use to have the RR Racing tune, but I reverted back to the original file. Maybe it was the tune that screwed things up? I saw on YouTube that one guy was having misfiring issues, so he had to revert back to stock because RR Racing was no help.

Dealership is saying because of my mods, they won't do anything which is a load of BS. They would rather send me back out knowing that I have an issue with my car which could be a major safety concern.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

You should mention when the problem started.

For what it's worth:
LED Tail light bar
Sequential side mirror turn signals
LASfit LED turn single bulbs
Elvin CF heated steering wheel
Black View Cameras (Blackvue?)

I doubt it's any of these, because the problem would occur the moment any one of it got installed, not later down the road.

Drone Mobile
VLINE2 system for Apple Car play
Faulty electronics for any of these two?

RR Racing tune

Not sure how this works, but I wouldn't rule it out.

They're right.
You said it yourself, RR Racing didn't help, why would Lexus?

The first time the problem occurred was this week.

The most current install would have been the tail lights. That was install last summer.

VLINE2 was installed 2 years ago with no issues and still no issues that I know of.

RR Racing tune was installed 3 years ago with no issues. I never reached out to RR racing because as I mentioned it was a YouTube video that I saw that had problems. I only reverted back to stock because I of my current issue and wanted to rule it out.

1. Did you plug or unplug anything into or out of the OBD-II port while the car was running?
2. Is your battery original? If so, it may be getting old and weak. Get it tested.
3. Get the actual error codes read. Make a note of them, clear the codes and then see what pops up (and when, e.g. just starting the car?, or driving?, at what speed?).
4. A number of those codes could be triggered by a wheel speed sensor problem. But I wouldn’t just throw parts at it, get the codes read.

Many codes are often related, so one problem can throw up a Christmas tree.

Your car starts just fine? Maybe low battery?

When my front wheel froze up (heavy snow + freezing rain), it threw these codes:
- Antilock Brake System Malfunction
- Lane Departure Alert Malfunction
- Pre-Collision System Malfunction

+ these lights:

Got the ice off the wheel, started the car again and all the codes went away.

Thanks for all the replies.

1. Plug or Unplug into OBD - No
2. I got a new battery last summer. During my search on what could be the problem with these codes, I found out that some 3 gens have battery drain issues. Which sucks because I have noticed a small drain. It has gone as low as 12.0v if I don't drive it for long periods
3. From my scan on the BlueDriver reader I got about 46 codes. Seems to be random when it starts happening but I will try and see if there is a common time or speed.
4. I was wondering about a speed sensor. We had some crappy snow and ice in the last two months. I did clean it though and the dealership cleaned it as well and the code still pop up

***update***
The service manager called me and said to bring the car back. He said there is one thing he wants to check due to my comments on when this happens. The common thread is that the times it has happened, it was right after a car wash or a little after. He asked me if I had ever gotten the windshield changed. I did, and it was a few years ago, so what he has seen in some cases is that the windshield wasn't sealed properly, and after some time water would get in and start creating havoc. Especially in aftermarket windshields. He will not charge me, and he will see if it was properly installed. If not, he will check the harnesses and wiring to see if there is any corrosion.
