NOT STARTING!!! need help!!!!!

I drove 3 times yesterday and it started and ran each time just fine. Got home around 9, went to sleep, got up today and went to head to work at 5 and it would not start and is making this noise. It has been about 10 degrees outside today so that may have something to do with it???? I need help☹️

Likely both if you dragged the battery down that far.
