Hey everyone, I’ve been on this site for a while but never made an account till now. I couldn’t find any post about it. I need to swap my is350 engine due to timing cover gasket and blown head gasket. It cheaper to swap it then replace those on a 200k engine. Plus I want to SC later on. (Just bought the car for 3k) My question is, is the JDM 2gr-Fse a ez swap to the US 350 body? I’m guessing the wiring harness is gonna be different but other than that? Just want to make sure I get everything for the swap. Thanks!

Best way to be sure is look up part numbers using your VIN and the VIN of the donor car. If you don't have the donor VIN do you at least have the year?

Or maybe someone here knows straight away.

19000-31B40 is in your car, and according to the part number fits 2009-2011 GS.

There is a high probability that engine will work, yes you will be swapping the harness over and possibly a bunch of other parts. Consider re-sealing the timing chain cover they all leak eventually on this engine.
