Odd Electrical Issues (2012 IS250)
I have a 2012 IS250 that just started displaying some unusual electrical issues last week. I was driving very fast and hit a speed bump, not sure if that had anything to do with it.
-My remote won't lock or unlock the car, even though the remote itself is perfectly fine. The car starts and drives no problem.
-The trunk button inside the car does not function unless the car is running. And the trunk operates only when the valet button in the glove box is pressed, when it should be other way around.
-Every time I start the car, the clock resets back to 1:00 and is very dim.
-All of my settings do not save, for example the seatbelt beep alarm is back every time I turn the car off and on again.
-When the car is running, all of the buttons / locks and everything seem to work fine. And they continue to work for about 3-5 seconds after shutting the car off (as long as that little red security light is flashing). But as soon as I open my door after turning my car off, it's like everything electrical dies.
The electrical shop I go to checked all the fuses and said the fuses are all perfectly intact. They also tested the battery which is functioning perfectly. So it's very confusing as to what the problem is, even my electrical guys who own a very high profile audio shop aren't able to figure out what the problem is.
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

No man, they missed something. Open the owners manual, go to the fuse section and read every detail to the right looking for all of the ingredients you listed above. 99% chance you read and find one 7.5 or 10Amp fuse in the cabin is blown.
It's in there, go find it. The key ingredient is the clock setting being lost. All fingers will point to a location. Hint, there are 4 fuse panels. 2 in the engine bay, 2 in the cabin.

-Took my car to my mechanic, who said that this is a complex electrical problem that needs to be taken to the dealership.
-Took my car to the dealership, they checked all the fuses and said they have no idea what is going on with my car but that since I had a radio and alarm system put in by a custom audio shop that I should take it to them. They also said that it's definitely not a fuse issue because the clock is dim (if it was a fuse it would be completely not working).

Ridiculous run-around, and nobody seems to have any idea what is going on! I found an old thread in which someone has similar but not identical issues as my car is having... should I print out this thread and take it to someone? It is becoming very annoying that I haven't been able to lock my car for months now. I can deal with the dim clock resetting back to 1:00 every time I start the car, but not being able to lock my car is quite annoying.
