Steering lock
Hi all, please help.
Background
I had a 2009 Lexus IS250 auto, AWD that I loved. However it was wrecked by my little brother. I bought the car of my insurance, hoping I could find a new home for the motor.
I recently acquired a manual IS250 with a bad motor, I swapped the engine and auto gearbox into the manual. I also transfered all electric components and wiring as the auto setup is a bit different, but the car is not starting because the car is stuck in lock mode. Can the steering wheel be unlocked manually? The only code I can see on the scanner is B2288.
Any advise would be appreciated.

If did have it apart, double check your work and make sure the connectors are fully seated.
