OK, so removed old diff and here are photos of the seals which leaked. I have better photos with the diff off the car if that helps. Just as I got the old one out, the new one arrived so posting photos of that one too. The only thing that needed to be transferred over was the fill plug (H10 I believe) and the two round metal plates that rest just above the rubber isolators. Obviously it arrived with no gear oil so I'll make a trip tomorrow morning and pick up some 75w 90 GL5 (any thoughts on Lucas Synthetic ??). I can see that the new unit (both axle seals) are greased already in what appears to be dielectric. So I'll add a little more and some to the axle where the two surfaces meet.
Side 1 axle seal. Side 2 axle seal. Brand new out of the box. Installed

Reason: Clarity on what to transfer over.
I'll post more photos and list of all the tools and other items needed for this install. Big thanks to @2013FSport for all your assistance thus far. It always helps to hear from others who have done this type of install. So can't thank you and the others for contributing. Hopefully the only thing I did wrong in the past was not grease the seals (or should I say replace and grease when I swapped in new axles). I cleaned up the exhaust and under carriage where all the diff fluid leaked so I can verify we're not leaking in the future.
