A/c issues
I’m currently having ac issues. As I’m using my vacuum pump to empty out the system. Then when I go to add refrigerant to the low side meter goes up but the high side stays low on the manifold gauges. Do anyone know what is going on? As the dealership don’t want to work on the car because of the mods I put in it. I’m going to the dealership to pick up the car as I’m typing this. I just want cool air 😢

It's been a while but don't you just add refrigerant to the low side of the system? You have to weigh the cans to make sure you put in the correct amount. Basically add a complete 12oz can and then weigh it empty with the connector on it. Swap the connector over to a new can and then add the remaining refrigerant needed keeping track of the weight so that you know how much you have added. I believe the system takes around 14-16oz.
If you have a new compressor, I believe you are not suppose to turn it on for a period of time (instructions for this should have come with the compressor) so that the clutch bearings can seat properly.
