hi guys, thankfully i havent had to be in here in awhile. im 5 years in and im at 181k with my 2006. for months now, the transmission vibrates the hole car when im at a stop with brake applied. i say its the transmission because it doesn't do it in park or any other time. it knocks into reverse and drive a little harder then it should, and sometimes i get a really loud knock or clunk when im cruising down to a light and the car shifts from 3rd to 2nd at about 1500 RPM.

just curious if someone in here has experienced this problem with the car and what it is and whether doing a drain and fill would be helpful

I'd check the trans mount, and motor mounts.
