Default What component does the Bluetooth audio

Hey Club Lexus,
I have a 2011 Lexus IS 350 and I have an issue with the bluetooth audio for my sound system. There is only right side audio coming out of my sound system only when playing bluetooth audio. I believe that is an issue with the Bluetooth Audio device of the sound system because I get stereo sound when I made a call through Bluetooth as well as listening to radio AM/FM, CD, or Aux cable.
I was wondering what device within the audio system has the A2DP portion of the audio system because I will look into replacing it, seeing if that fixes the one side audio issue.

What are your thoughts? Thank you,

Is it this the Bluetooth transceiver 86741-33030? Maybe not because it looks like it has CDMA 3G, which does the calling. https://www.ebay.com/itm/2013-LEXUS-...db5e%7Ciid%3A1

I'm not going to say that is or is not your problem. Try this. It works on my 2013 and grabbed the photos of each screen. Look and test where it seems applicable. Maybe the channel is switched off some how. Can you try another phone to rule that out?

The touch screen will go into a new mode offering options for equipment versions, hardware versions and diagnostic features. You will also find settings for mic input and Bluetooth volumes. Could be helpful if someone can't hear you.

Here are some crappy pictures. Units with Nav will have more options.
Turn the key off when done.

Again, I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the HU has Bluetooth built into it.
Some stills that made that gif file.

Thank you for your effort, I didn't know about the diagnostics menu but I was not able to see a change in the menu that would make a difference. Your 2013 looks a little bit different to mine too. I've tried two different phones (Pixel 3 & 5) and same issue. I can try it with other phones but I so feel that its an issue with the components in the dash. Thank you again.

You did look in the main screen of Bluetooth at the audio setup, yes? PS - try a name brand Android phone!

WAG here, but in accessibility there is a mono feature on Android. Might worth be checking out. It could be activated by default on your phones.
