I have a 2009 Lexus IS250 with a navigation system. Recently, when I stop starting the car for a day or more, the screen shows a "check the system" message, but at other times the screen turns on and off repeatedly or just stays off. The radio and air conditioning don't work.

At other times, a message such as "energy saving" appears on the screen, as if the vehicle were a hybrid and the air conditioning screen changes completely, as if the program of another Lexus vehicle crossed with the system of my vehicle.

Has this happened to someone? I need help ASAP!

Happened to my 2006 IS350 with ML a few years back, same symptoms as you describe. Brought it in to the dealer a few times and sadly ended up just replacing the entire unit for about a grand.

Might need to replace the navigation ecu if you don’t hear the disc spinning. Can find one cheap on eBay.

As for seeing different screens have you had your system serviced? Sounds to me that one of the pc boards was replaced with one coming from a hybrid.

Does it have any lexus-specific codes (not generic ODB-2) ?

The issue he has is the whole system shut down and show "energy saving". It's main board problem which is system locked down. You could not turn on or off A/C SYSTEM
