Trying to install a 2011 Lexus IS unit in my 08 ISF. I know someone has to have done this (even tho most say it cant be done)

@Richy21 and @pavelekPL did either of you manage to get this done?

I have a 2007 car with ML nav and a 2010 nav that I acquired a while ago, and now that I have a bit of free time I am considering playing with it again.

Last time I attempted the retrofit I managed to get the 2010 unit powered up and I think the nav worked but none of the other functions worked (heating a/c and audio etc.) because I was missing the wiring harness for 2010 - the connectors are different. How did you manage to get around this problem?
