I have a 2010 IS350, and the "Check Completed" is normal, but it shows up in an LCD display but goes away quickly. No red warning lights on mine unless I step out of the car with my keyless remote in my pocket

Then you are fine. You would only need to worry if the warning light does not go away. The link @MikeFig82 posted should guide you on what the warning lights are and if they need attention

The red triangle will illuminate when its nearing your oil change interval. You'll notice it will stay on longer for a few seconds. Once it's at 5k miles is will be on constantly until you reset it. Another it will illuminate if you have AWD and problems arise. The triangle color will vary in the situation for it was triggered.

Can you elaborate? My master warning triangle has come on for a host of issues including maintenance interval, low washer fluid, low tire pressure, ice buildup on the park assist sensors, check vsc, even a door or trunk open, and I've never seen any color other than red.

It doesn't pertaining to the 2nd Gen IS. I think the 3IS has the master light in yellow also maybe the LS series.

I should've been more clear. Master light in red, or yellow.
