Unhappy Screen Connector Ripped (2012 IS250)

Hi everyone,

I have a 2012 IS250, and my touchscreen recently stopped working (it's stuck on a white screen; though touch functions seem to be working still).

I took apart the console and found that one of the connectors connecting the screen (shown below) seems to be damaged and a previous owner must have tried to do a DIY repair using some white electrical tape.
I've had this car for over 5 years now, and I guess the tape fix finally gave in; since I've had this car for so long, I don't think going back to the dealer where I got it is a solution.

Went to a couple of Lexus dealers and they said I'd have to buy a new console, since they don't sell this part separately; hoping someone here would know where I can potentially get a replacement for this connector.

Would appreciate any insight anyone may have,
Cheers

I would say this is probably a good time to invest in an aftermarket unit where you will get Android auto/Apple Carplay
