2006 Lexus IS250 digitizer touch screen fix LA Area?

My sisters IS250 touch screen stopped working. I was wondering if anyone knew of any shops that would fix it? I tried calling Tommy but he wanted $350. I'm not sure if that's the going rate but wanted to call around to see if I could get different rates.

Check on craigslist. This guy been fixing navigation on lexus. He seems legit.

He is also a well known member here, his screen name is whitebeast, and fixed my navi screen 3 week ago, I can vouch for him. He only charges 150 and professional work too.
