Bleading Brakes
I am attempting to do a full brake flush on my 08 is250 before a long trip, but can not seem to get anything out of the right rear. I am going furthest from the MC to closest (so this is my first wheel). I am using a vacuum bleeder and worked fine for my 93 Saab and 91 BMW, but not sure what's going on here. It is my first try on this car since I bought it many moons ago (long over due), but it only has 61k on it. I have tried it with the ignition on positions 1 and 2 and even a pedal push, but nothing. Is there a trick to this I am missing? Any quick help would be greatly appreciated (while I continue my attempt). Thanks. Paul.
Glad you got it figured out.
By the way, according to members in the past, the furthermost point of fluid escape on our 2IS is actually the driver's side rear caliper...if one follows the routing of the brake lines.

Thanks for the info. It was driving me crazy. I haven't done a ton of these, but both my other cars (15 years older) went smooth and easy. But it took me much longer than I had hoped. Went RR LR RF LF but will keep that RR LR order for future when I change the pads again. They fell better and were just a little soft before.
