I'm currently trying to figure out if a 06-08 is250 front bumper would fit on a 2013 is250. If so, would it be an exact fit or would I need to buy more items or make new holes for the necessary fitment? If anyone knows the answer to this, please let me know. I appreciate it!

 

This is just a guess but I don't believe it would. The 2013 looks a lot more slim than 06 - 08 & more sporty. I googled the dimensions for the bumpers..

the 2007 is listed at 85 x 19 x 39 inches
&
the 2013 (was harder to find an exact answer but...) it was listed at 78 x 22.5 x 4.7 inches

 

yes it will bolt on. You will need all the grills, fog lights, H11 back to 9006 conversion harness, etc. Plus you will be making your newer car look older.
