you need to bleed the brakes, to do this you have to open a little screw on the caliper and get a friend to push the brake pedal ONE TWO THREE and HOLD... 2 seconds... realease, do this three times, then it will be better hope this helps
HI Guys
Did not bleed the brakes, read somewhere that the brakes on these cars should not be bled, mess's with the traction control, and VSC. however i am willing to try the bleeding thing, need procedure though, please post such.thanks.

its in my other post
just open the little valve, press the pedal three times and on th third time hold it until nothing is coming from the valve anymore, do this about 3 or 4 times on each brake, then close the valve

Is it really that complicated to replace your rotors, etc?
I am thinking about upgrading rotors, brake pads, brake lines, and maybe calipers too....should a toyota dealership be able to do this easily? (Lexus is an hour away, plus I know the toyota people here)

How is a Hydraulic pump going to work without power to it? Your car has to be on with motor running and the cap of the brake resiviour off.

i'm an idiot, but i never thought the car should be running, but now that i think about it idid no that that the resevoir had to be open
