Default Knock Values in Techstream

I just recently got myself techstream and plugged in and was looking at the live engine data after driving around for some time. Just wondering what is Knock and what should the two Knock Feedback Value, Knock Correct Learn Values be at?

Also, what is the highest value that A/T Oil Temperature is supposed to be able to go to and same with Coolant Temp? I know coolant on the cluster is supposed to stay in the middle, but exactly how many degrees F is that ?

Idling the 350 through stop n go, drops to 19.5. Rip on for a bit with good fuel and 22.5 to 25.5....

ATF temps at 200°F +/-15 is pretty common.
