Noise when driving

Hey guys I have a 2009 Lexus IS250 and I’m hearing a very loud noise coming from my wheel well on my driver side. If you listen to the video below can anyone tell me what it is.

To me It sounds like rusty rotor, or rust build up on rotor scraping the caliper or brake shield. Have your brakes inspected.
