Default Changing from non nav head unit to factory nav head unit

I have a 2012 IS250 f sport that came with non nav, but has the ML sound system. I found a nav unit that came out of a 2012 is250. I’m trying to find out where I can get the wiring harness to hook up the navigation unit. I watched a video on YouTube from NV Tech out of Japan where they did the same conversion. They used a type of wiring harness to complete the conversion. Of coarse the video was in Japanese, so I don’t know what they were saying. Lol. I have looked into trying to get a Tesla head unit but it is not compatible with the ML sound system I have. Installing a factory nav head unit is my only option to have a touch screen, because then I can get the AppleCarPlay system that connects into the harness to give me atleast a screen share on the screen. If anyone can help I’d really appreciate it. I can also be emailed at topnotchservicesfl@gmail.com if anyone has any links they can send me or any info. Thanks folks!
