Default Fuel Pressure sensor

Hello everyone. I have a 2006 IS250 AWD and today when I was trying to go to work I turned on my car and as soon as I pulled out of my complex it went into limp mode and wouldn't go over 10 miles per hour. I pulled back around to my apartment complex and turned the car off and read my codes. The scanner picked up a P0192 code so I went digging. I came across some forum posts from before talking about how the fuel pressure sensor may be bad on the car and that is what is causing my issue. Am I on the right track here and if I am how do I go about checking to see if that sensor is actually bad?
