Hello I have a 2006 AWD IS250 so it turns out my driver door wasn’t opening from the inside. It only opens from the outside. So then I took the door panel off and checked and found out that the cable was off and the top ball piece is broken. What should I do? Is this a major issue or I should just order the piece online and connect it. Windows work and lock works from the inside. I’ve attached a photo for a better understanding.

Yes, the actuator must be removed to remove/install the cables.
