Cool Comtrol Arm Replacement

Hey guys, my IS 250 might have the highest mileage here (235000), but its suspension is really bad now. I send it to inspection and was told that "Left front and rear lower control arm bushings are excessively torn. **** Right front and rear lower control arm bushings are excessively torn. ****" and "Both front lower ball joints seeping grease". The mechanic also gave me some pics of the worn parts. However, I am still not clear which parts in the rear control arms I should buy. So I went under the car and get some more pics. Can someone help me figure out which parts I should get? I have added these parts already: Front R/L lower, Rear R/L lower, Rear lower forward, Rear R/L Lower Center, Rear Upper Rearward (I am really confused about the last two)

Thanks!!!!!

Pics of the worn parts (from the mechanic)

Looks like just about every bushing you took a picture of is toast. Either you can purchase JUST the bushings to replace the factory ones OR replace both the suspension arms and hub (the easy way, yet more expensive way).

Ya, thanks man! But if I choose the second way (replace the bushings), the mechanic would hate me or the labor fee would be scary...

I changed my suspension recently and also had worn out bushings. I was told Lexus does not sell just the bushing and you must buy the entire carrier axle for each side if you want OEM.

You might want to check you a brand called FEBEST as they sell most of the bushing you showed in the pics. One of the bushings is below and there is pic that shows the other bushing numbers (Scheme).
