Check your fusebox on the driver's side.
I had the same thing happen to me and it was just a blown fuse.
Hopefully its the same fix for you.

Either fuses or the amp. Fuses are labeled radio #1 and #2 in the engine compartment (driver side, need to pull off another cover once you're in to access the fuses), both are 30A. If those are good, I'd bet on the amp being the issue then. Check the trunk, it's on the right under the cover. I'd check for any water, or any damp feeling on your carpet there as it's fairly common for the vent to deteriorate and allow water in which kills the amp, see https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...amps-fail.html

I have a 2008 IS 350 but like Zmon said, its on the engine bay right above where you put windshield washer fluid in.
And if I remember correctly, the fuse is on the bottom left in the fusebox and it should be a yellow fuse.

I'd more than bet that's the reason. If you really want to know, take it to just about any car audio place and have them test it. I think there's a few places that repair them, United Radio being one. That's an alternative if they quote you a lower price than buying a used one off of eBay for $200. Since you're in NO, I think there was a place in Harahan that repairs amps, you'd have to look around and give them a call though. Also, how was that flap that I said to check? You're gonna need to replace that too most likely.

passenger side panel 10amp Fuse. If the sides are black or look burnt. A new fuse is like $4-5. Audio stopped in my IS250 2008 AWD. Again if that arch in the middle isn’t broken it does have to be go right to AMP.

Ok so I'm having this problem. Where my deck is saying no audio. Power button for audio dont turn it on.Checked all fuses. Just looked at my amp. It's not rusted or anything just hot like a normal amp would be. All my fuses r ok. Any other suggestions ?

Ok so my car is having same issue I took amp out and cleaned it with a air gun put it back in turned car on and worked. But then about 2 hours later went to turn car on and no I don’t have any audio. I can’t use volume and when I go to the Audio settings it just stays to the bottom right corner and doesn’t let me change it. Can a fuse have blown or is my amp toast. I’ve been having problems with my audio since the beginning of the year. Hopefully it doesn’t come to the case where I need a new amp

Hello, I'm having a similar "Audio Off" with my 2007 with Nav package. I push the big Audio button on the side of the console and the screen comes up with "Audio OFF" and no response from pushing the little audio pwr/vol button. But the voice navigator talks to me and my phone Bluetooth works, so am I correct that the amp is likely still good? Pulled the whole console assembly and all connections in the back look good. I haven't checked the fuses yet. Just wondering if the fact that there is voice and phone via BT means my amp is good? Thanks in advance for any advice.
