I commented on your other post. Try looking at the vacuum hose for purge valve.

I'd also like to know if OP ever resolved this.

Buy a new MAF and clear the codes. Im at 79k miles and my IS350 runs very strong again. If your not cleaning your MAF every time you change your airlifter then its probably not worth saving.

If buying something as critical as a MAF etc ..
It's best to get it from a reputable place. RockAuto.com is probably a good starting place.

I have had more positive experiences buying from eBay in the past 2 years which turn out to be dealers anyway vs buying from Amazon or RA. The MAF I received was sealed in a bag in a genuine Toyota/Lexus box. Stick with OEM parts and save yourself some headaches when it comes to foreign electronics anymore.
