Default Radio Noise

Hi i have a 2006 lexus IS250 non navi head unit. I'm having a problem where the radio turns on but no sound comes out. I'm assuming there is some kind of grounding issue. I had a problem for a couple months where when it rained the radio would make a noise for the first couple minuted of turning the car on then it would be normal after that. now it doesn't give out any sound at all. What are your thoughts?

Check the radio amplifier area for water. It's located in the trunk facing the front. Right hand side under the plastic tray.

It could still have moisture somewhere on the components board. Take out the amp and use a blow dryer. Maybe it will work maybe it won't. Don't use the blow dryer too close to the components.
