noisy pulley??
Hello,
new to CL jus bought my son a 2006 is350 for his first car. the water pump pulley is vibrating.. is it common for the pulley to go bad, or is it most likely the water pump shaft... not leaking any fluids as of now... but has a noticeable noise. thanks in advance

Can you grab it and get some play? If so, it needs to be replaced. I'd grab the Aisin one off of Amazon, it's the same exact one from Lexus just without the Lexus tag as Aisin makes them for Lexus.
These cars are known for water pump issues once you start piling up mileage on older models (06-08 seem most common). I replaced mine at 100k, seems weep hole leaks are most common.
