Default HID projector loose

I changed the bulbs in my IS350 and the driver side was a bit harder to do up, after looking at it carefully the projector looks loose and it moves around way more freely then the passenger side. I didn't adjust the height of the headlights or left/right at all. The HID doesn't work either but I don't know if it's because of the projector or the ballast. Has anyone else ever had this problem?

If you have HID you have AFS. Which move the project a tad bit when cornering. As far as it not working make sure you did the plug is in an turned to lock.

They swivel and should go back to rest position. If you move or pressed to hard maybe the auto level motor popped out of the socket. Once you figure out the bulb situation see if the auto level works.
