JUST another lost new guy
figured id introduce myself. I didn’t see an intro sections.
I just bought an 07 is250. Been poking around for a little while. I have a cracked dash and my AFS light is flashing (lights are really low level). But those are things that come with a used car.
Ive been involved in a few car communities before and this looks like a solid group of people.
Im ex navy and currently install cable. Look forward in gaining some car mod advice and maybe meeting some of y’all at meets and stuff.
Plan on getting some coil overs. Offsetting rims maybe getting it wrapped and a few other good look mods.

Call your local Lexus dealer about hopefully getting on the list for a new dash and maybe door panels.
About the flashing AFS light, I'll assume there is a fault with motors within one or both of the headlights that move the HID main beam left to right when cornering. I assume right now both of your headlight bulbs work, correct? Are they factory headlights and not aftermarket?

I called flow Lexus in North Carolina and they said they aren’t doing the dash replacment anymore. Told me 400 for the dash 700 for each door.
As far as I can tell everything with the head lights is stock. I’ve seen the pieces under the car in the forums but haven’t got under it to look.
